Design through build, automation through content, run end to end. Hover a line to open it, or hand me the whole stack.
Custom themes, plugins, headless WP and WooCommerce stores built to scale: fast, editable, and ready for real traffic.
Liquid themes and custom sections for conversion-first stores, built to sell, not just to load.
On-page, technical and Core Web Vitals work that moves you up the SERP without touching your brand voice.
LLM workflows, chatbots and content pipelines that cut the manual work, and keep running after handoff.
Scrapers, integrations and automation scripts for the repetitive work nobody wants to own.
SEO-led blogs and copy that sound human and rank, written for readers first, search engines second.
Fully bespoke builds outside the usual platforms: single-page apps, interactive tools, and one-of-a-kind sites coded from scratch to fit exactly what you need.
Each panel is a finished project: the art, the brief, and the number that came out the other side.

WordPress rebuild and full SEO program for a healthcare brand. Authority content, clean architecture, and measurable ranking gains.
WordPress build and local SEO campaign for a wall wrapping business, structured for lead generation with keyword-targeted pages.
End-to-end Shopify store for a premium wallpaper brand. Custom theme, conversion-first UX, and an ongoing SEO program.
Python tool that crawls a URL and produces a structured SEO audit: meta tags, headings, alt text, broken links, speed signals.
Productivity toolkit: PDF merger, bulk renamer, scrapers, data pipelines, and AI summarisers, each built to kill manual work at scale.
Four of the six panels above are client work, and three people commissioned it. Two of them run US medical billing companies, which is the industry I build for most.
One person runs the whole job, so there is no handover to lose. You always know the next step and what it costs before it starts.
A link, a stalled project, or a process that eats your week. I open the site and look it over myself before replying.

Scope, price and timeline on one page: what gets built, what it costs, when it lands.

Speed, schema, redirects, sitemap, analytics, backups and every breakpoint, all run before it goes live.

Questions and small fixes are included for a month, and most people use it to plan what gets built next.

No signup and no email wall. Test your own site before you hire anyone, including me.
WordPress, Shopify, SEO and automation, written while building rather than after.
What does a project cost?
Quotes are fixed and sent in writing before anything starts, so the number never moves mid-project. Site builds, store builds and monthly retainers sit in different ranges. Tell me the shape of the job and you have a number within 48 hours.
How long does it take?
Work runs in two-week batches and you watch it happen on a staging URL. Most marketing sites land in four to six weeks including content, stores take a little longer, and audits or one-off automations usually finish inside a week.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes, white-label. Agencies send overflow builds, SEO cleanup and Python work my way. The client relationship stays theirs, my name never appears on it, and you can brief me the way you brief your own team.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours or use mine. Anything that cannot be shown publicly stays off the portfolio entirely, which is why some of the work I am proudest of never appears here.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of fixes and questions are included. After that you either take the site in-house with documentation, or we move to a small monthly retainer covering SEO, content and upkeep.
How do the time zones work?
Pakistan runs roughly five hours ahead of London and nine or ten ahead of New York, so my day overlaps your morning and my evening overlaps your afternoon. Anything you send at the end of your day is answered before your morning.
Eight checks across speed, structure, schema, indexation and on-page, written in plain English with the three fixes worth doing first. No call, no invoice, no obligation.
About · Sole developer, PK

Roshaan is a solo developer who works US hours with founders and small teams in the US, UK and Europe. One person touches the project end to end: the first call, the code, the launch.
The redline is the honest version of an about page: what an agency contract says, and what actually happens when you work with me.
An account manager between you and the work.
Junior devs learning on your budget.
Tickets and handoffs at every step.
Monthly reports instead of answers.
The person who replies is the person who builds.
Five years of shipped work, no training wheels.
One thread, from first call to launch.
Answers within a day, usually sooner.
Anything you leave at your end of day is in my queue before your morning.
