The brief
The previous WooCommerce store was slow on mobile, awkward to navigate, and losing carts on the way to checkout.
What I built
Migration to Shopify with a custom theme built from scratch, a rebuilt product taxonomy, metafields for richer product data, a room visualiser integration, and an ongoing SEO content program.
Outcome
Conversion rate up 35%, mobile bounce rate down 28%, and average session duration grew from 1m 12s to 3m 45s.
