If your domain's technical settings (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) aren't correct, your emails are more likely to be flagged as spam or blocked entirely by major providers like Gmail and Outlook.
MX (Mail Exchange) records tell the internet which mail servers are responsible for accepting email on behalf of your domain. Without them, you cannot receive email.
These are three pillars of email authentication. SPF lists authorized senders. DKIM adds a digital signature to emails. DMARC tells servers what to do if SPF or DKIM fails (e.g., reject or quarantine).
If you find your domain on a blacklist, you should investigate if your site has been compromised or if you are sending unwanted bulk email. Most blacklists have a process to request removal once the issue is fixed.
